SERBIA: the Association of Serbian Insurers signed an Agreement on Protection of Visitors with Romania

In line with the strategic commitment to constantly improve existing and introduce new services for citizens, the Association of Serbian Insurers signed an Agreement on Protection of Visitors with Romania, effective from February 1, 2025, the Association said.

By signing this Agreement, the Association has covered all countries to which Serbian citizens most often travel by car. The Association's goal is to gradually cover all countries of the Green Card System in the coming period and thus provide the highest quality support and assistance to citizens of the Republic of Serbia who experience traffic accidents abroad while traveling, caused by a vehicle registered in the visited country.

The total number of countries with which the Association of Serbian Insurers has signed Visitor Protection Agreements is fourteen. Agreements have been signed with: Greece, Turkey, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Croatia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Austria and Germany.
