Estonian insurers reported 3Q 2020 GWP of EUR 350 million, 4.66% less compared with January-September 2019, according to the market figures published by the Estonian National Statistics Board.

The life segment was down by 6.22% to EUR 62.51 million (17.89% of total GWP), while the GWP by Estonian non-life insurers totaled EUR 287 million, 4.32% less y-o-y.

In terms of GWP, among the five life insurers, the largest insurer remained SWEDBANK Life Insurance SE (46.42% market share), while If P&C Insurance As (19.33%) lead the general insurance segment.
