Scott Gunter appointed as CEO of AXA XL

AXA announced the appointment of Scott Gunter as CEO of AXA XL. He will replace Greg Hendrick, who has decided to pursue other opportunities outside the Group.

Gunter will join AXA's Management Committee, reporting to Thomas Buberl, CEO of AXA. The changes will be effective immediately, subject to any required regulatory approval.

Thomas Buberl, Chief Executive Officer of AXA, said:

Previously, Gunter held the role of Senior Vice President of Chubb Group and President of Chubb's North America Commercial Insurance division. He also held several global positions within Chubb, including Chief Underwriting Officer, having more than 30 years of experience in the industry.
