Trent Thomson has been appointed Head Global Specialty and successor of Anne Lohbeck effective 1 July 2026. He will be based in London.

Trent Thomson is currently the CEO Australia & New Zealand. He has been with Swiss Re for 22 years, starting as a casualty underwriter and going on to lead regional teams as well as taking responsibility for key global clients in APAC and the US.
