On September 11, 2020, the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly BERDYMUKHAMEDOV approved the Rules for mandatory state insurance for passengers of all types of transport and transport complex employees, the State news agency of Turkmenistan informed.

The Ministry of Finance and Economy, in agreement with the State Insurance Organization, must approve the Procedure of creation and expenditure of insurance funds for mandatory state individual insurance for passengers of all types of transport, crew members of air, sea, river, road transport and railway transport workers.
