In Turkmenistan, a list of high-risk works and categories of workers employed in high-risk production conditions, subject to compulsory state personal insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases, has been approved, Turkmenportal said.

The list contains 53 specialties in 25 lines of activity and is published on the website of the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan.

According to the State Insurance Organization of Turkmenistan, enterprises, associations and organizations are obliged at their own expense to provide compulsory insurance for their employees working in high-risk production conditions. At the same time, amounts are calculated based on the "Procedure for determining insurance amounts (insurance compensation) payable depending on the severity of damage associated with an insured event", approved by the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan dated April 08, 2019.
