According to ljubljanainfo.com, the current President of the Management Board of Zavarovalnica Sava, David KASTELIC, is expected to take over the management of Grawe in September, when the term of the current long-serving President of the Management Board, Marko MIKIC, expires.
Grawe Zavarovalnica representatives confirmed for the editorial team that "KASTELIC will join the insurance company in May as a member of the management in charge of Sales and Marketing. He will replace MIKIC as president of the board".
It is worth mention KASTELIC is still the head of Zavarovalnica Sava, but last year, the Supervisory Board did not extend his term. On 30 December 2021, the supervisory board of Slovene Zavarovalnica Sava appointed Jost DOLNICAR, who is currently a member of the management board of Sava Re, as the new chairman of the management board of Zavarovalnica Sava.
"Jost DOLNICAR will take office on the next business day after obtaining the Insurance Supervision Agency license to act as a management board member, but not earlier than 5 May 2022. The term of office of the chair of the management board is five years", as the Slovene re/insurer informed in a statement.
