The health insurance client is a client won for the long term

"We have to change the way we think and we have to see the good things that the health insurance market can offer. It is a market with a two-digit growth and, for at least 5-6 years, we'll have a similar dynamic. Therefore, the client must be in the centre of attention. He/she is the starting point and, year by year, we have to improve the product portfolio", stated, during the Health&Life Insurance Conference, Dan DOBRE, Commercial Manager, SIGNAL IDUNA.

According to Dan DOBRE, most of SIGNAL IDUNA's clients are corporate clients, who have many options from which they can choose, including insurance policies and a variety of private health providers

Moreover, corporate clients have access to international insurance patterns: "Many of the multinational companies are bringing lots of know-how on the corporate clients segment. These clients must be represented, especially by brokers, because such a client type will always trust a neutral person more than the direct insurance provider", continued Dan DOBRE.

On long term, Dan DOBRE has stated that this health insurance market will continue its growth, adding that a satisfied client in the health insurance business is a client won for the long term, "being more faithful than the clients of any other insurance type".
