The efforts of the Triglav Group to develop a unified employer brand were recognised by the international jury of the Best Employer Brand Awards Adria 2025.

According to the press release, the largest insurance and financial group in the Adria region was awarded in as many as three categories:

• Integration of Employer Brand and Corporate Brand

• Finance Sector

• Grand Prix Slovenia

The awards received confirm that, at Triglav Group, the employer brand is truly lived as a promise, providing more than 5,000 employees with a unified experience, regardless of the market or company in which individuals perform their work.
