UKRAINE: Igor Gordienko to become a member of the INGO Supervisory Board

Igor Gordienko will become a member of the Supervisory Board of INGO, which is among the top 5 non-life insurers in the country.

In his new role, he will be responsible for the formation and implementation of the development strategy and improvement of the corporate management model. Before that, he headed the company for over 30 years as Chairman of the Board, Forinsurer writes.

He will focus on maintaining high management standards and creating conditions for the company’s further sustainable profitable growth on a very complex and dynamic market”, noted Oleksiy Bolkhovitinov, Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of INGO and ORANTA.

New Chairman of the Board and changes in the INGO Supervisory Board are subject to approval by the National Bank of Ukraine.
