Insurance company "U.S.I." is selecting an investor for sale. Negotiations with potential investors began in October 2020, the deadline for the decision to sell the company is scheduled for the end of March 2021, Forinshurer informed.

"U.S.I." is included in the TOP-20 non-life insurers of Ukraine according to the market results for 9 months of 2020 and on January 29, 2021 completed the reorganization procedure, which began in April 2020.

Also, during this period, UKRFINSTRAKH company was merged with "U.S.I.". The shareholders of UKRFINSTRAKH and "U.S.I." started the merger on April 14, 2020. This allowed "U.S.I." to increase its total assets, charter capital, reserves, premiums, as well as improve its portfolio thanks to diversification of different insurance types.

At the moment, the details of the agreement on the company's sale have not been disclosed. It is known that negotiations have already been held with two investors, one of which is the American company Iva Rove INC, which has been actively working in the agricultural sector of Ukraine since 2020.
