Consolidated revenue from the sale of goods and services amounted to EUR 537 million, up 9%, while consolidated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) reached EUR 102 million, an increase of 20%.
Net operating profit amounted to EUR 46 million, up 18%. Reported net profit for the first half of 2026 totalled EUR 44 million, representing a 9% improvement compared to the same period last year. The difference between reported net profit and net operating profit is largely attributable to the sale of non-operating assets within the Group.
Tourism segment generated revenue of EUR 130 million, up 5%. Consolidated revenue from insurance sales amounted to EUR 315 million, up 10%. Cromaris’ first-half results reflect the restructuring process implemented during 2025. The energy segment generated EUR 4 million in net profit, according to the Group.
