According to media reports, in December 2023 in Tashkent, four countries of Central Asia and the Caucasus (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Georgia) signed a memorandum on the creation of the international reinsurance capacity "Turan". Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Türkiye were indicated as potential participants, the source added.
