Chubb has announced that Lisa Wilson has been named Head of North America Claims, overseeing all aspects of North America Commercial and Personal Lines claims and services, effective immediately. She will lead claim handling, technical execution and further embed digital capabilities into claims processes.

"Lisa has been instrumental in providing a best-in-class claim experience to North America clients and partners", said Kevin Rampe, Senior Vice President, Chubb Group, Global Claims Officer. "She has a proven track record leading teams with service and technical distinction, and I am confident her leadership will help us expand upon Chubb’s legacy of claims excellence”, Kevin Rampe added.

Jamie Trish has been named Global Claims Operations Officer, responsible for the Global Claims operational infrastructure. Trish will define operational priorities, service standards, and operating models, with oversight including claim centers, vendor management and customer experience around the globe. Her appointment is effective October 26.

“Jamie brings expertise in operations and execution to our Global Claims team", commented Rampe. “She will strengthen our operational capabilities across our footprint to ensure Chubb Claims is positioned to deliver consistent, superior outcomes at scale”, Rampe added.

Norm Rafsol has been appointed Global Claims Technical Director, effective immediately. He will be responsible for working across Chubb’s claims organization to strengthen its global framework for reporting and monitoring material claims, claim trends, developments, and emerging exposures. He will also provide technical oversight of Chubb’s world-class standards for complex and high severity claims globally.
