The shareholders of Croatia osiguranje approved the payment of almost EUR 49.1 million in dividends from profits generated in 2025, osiguranje.hr reported.

The largest domestic insurer generated a net profit of EUR 55.47 million last year, and most of that amount will be distributed to shareholders, while EUR 6.56 million will remain as retained earnings.

The decision confirms continuation of the policy of generous payments to shareholders while retaining a portion of the profit for future business development. Croatia osiguranje will thus pay out almost 88% of the net profit from last year, the source said.
