According to an assessment conducted by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan over the past year, most mandatory vehicle insurance clients complain about Xalq Sigorta, ABC.AZ writes. Based on the 3Q2023 results, the insurer ranks 9th among 20 companies in the market.

According to the CBA rating, the complaint index for Xalq Sigorta was 3.58 points. It is noted that in comparison with recent months, this index has worsened for the company. Last month, it was 2.97 points, in October – 2.97, in September – 2.59, and in August – 1.76 points.
