The implementation of the memorandum on vehicle insurance, which representatives of Belgrade and Pristina signed in Brussels, began at midnight on Tuesday.

The agreement envisages that the vehicles registered in Kosovo can go to central Serbia with the motor third party liability (MTPL) insurance, while the vehicles with the Serbian license plates in Kosovo just need the insurance cover that is valid in Serbia.
