By the end of May total GWP, generated by the insurance companies operating in Kosovo, increased by 15% y-oy- to EUR 34.2 million, SeeNews reports citing the Central bank data.

At the same time, at the end of May, the combined net profit reached EUR 2.3 million (vs EUR 400,000 a year ago), as the data published by the Central bank show.

The assets of Kosovo insurance sector rose to EUR 290 million, from EUR 249 million at the end of May 2022, the source said.
