ANO - The Montenegrin Insurance Supervision Agency announced that on August 26, 2020, the Council has issued the Decision on appropval to the Austrian group GRAZER Wechselseitige Versicherung Aktiengesellschaft to buy the majority stake in SWISS Insurance Company.
