Anna Grzelonska will be appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hayat ve Emeklilik, effective 1 December 2020, subject to regulatory approval. As CEO of Hayat ve Emeklilik, Anna will focus on continuing our growth in the local market.

Anna joined NN in 2008 as Marketing Services and Communications Director. She was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Nationale-Nederlanden in Poland in 2014 and has been CEO of NN Romania since 2017. In this role, Anna strengthened our business position in Romania by shifting the focus to protection and making significant progress on digitalisation and customer centricity.

Following this appointment, Gerke Witteveen, currently Chief Financial Officer NN Romania, will act as CEO NN Romania on an ad interim basis, as of 1 October.
