The Romanian insurance market's image was affected by the problems of several insurance companies. Thus, the clients are more worried and more fearful when buying an insurance policy. The insurance companies must focus on the quality of services and products, in order to repair the market's reputation.

"It's not enough to give official information, these are not sufficient to calm down the general public. Certain aspects must be cleared out, the companies must explain that the situation is not as dark as it may seem and that everything will be cleared out in the following period", Radu MANOLIU, Deputy General Manager, CREDIT EUROPE Asigurari, said at FIAR 2014.
