According to data published by the Kyrgyz Republic's State Service for Regulation and Supervision of Financial Markets, in the first three months of 2019, GWP amounted to KGS 268.10 million (EUR 3.42 million).

The largest part of the generated GWP came from property insurance, whose market share reached 54.59%. Second and third places in terms of market volume are compulsory insurance (17.46%) and personal (17.36%).

Insurer paid claims for the first quarter amounted to KGS 52.25 million (EUR 0.67 million). At that, most paid claims were made in property and personal insurance.

Among 14 active insurers, the largest part of the market is occupied by INGOSSTRAKH (31.56%). The second place in terms of GWP is taken by JUBILI Kyrgyzstan (14.38%), and third goes to KYRGYZSTAN insurance company (10.03%). Together, the three leaders account for over 55% of the Kyrgyz insurance market.
