In the first half of 2026, the level of paid claims in Motor Hull for electric vehicles of legal entities reached 87.4%, almost doubling compared to the same period last year (49.4% in 1H2025), according to the
Insurance Bulletin of the Belarusian Association of Insurers.
This indicates that insurers are currently operating at a loss in this segment, the Association notes.
Among the 12 insurers operating on the market, Belgosstrakh is the leader in terms of GWP and paid claims in this segment in the reporting period.
