On September 24, 2026, the Supervisory Board of PZU Życie SA, following a qualification process, appointed Jacek Krawczykowski to the company's management board. The appointment is effective September 30 of this year.

According to the company, Jacek Krawczykowski is a manager with extensive experience in managing businesses, including real estate companies. From 2024 to 2026, he served as Vice President of the Management Board for Investments at Polski Holding Nieruchomości SA, responsible for, among other things, investments, strategy, and the ongoing management of the company. He has also implemented strategic and long-term projects. Since 2025, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of PZU Życie SA, where he served as Chairman of the Strategy and Development Committee.
