Subscribers (buyers) are responsible for the payment of all charges associated with the use of the Service, Site and/or Content using their user name and password.

The following delivery methods are currently available:

• Statistical data files are available in excel format for download, based on subscription
• Country reports and special reports in PDF format – a PDF version of the report will be sent by the publisher to your username email address.
• Country reports and special reports – online delivery and hard copy – a PDF version of the report will be sent by the publisher to your username email address and receive a hard copy of the report by mail within 5 - 7 business days, depend on your geography.
