The event saw an impressive line of speakers who talked about the advancement of Insurance Sector in the Middle East. H.E. Fareed Lutfi, The Secretary General Emirates Insurance Association and Gulf Insurance Federation and Dr. Haidar Al Yousuf, Managing Director Al-Futtaim Health and Ex CEO Health Funding - Dubai Health Authority delivered the Key note address at the event.

Golden Shield Excellence Awards 2021 was also organized along with the conference. Top industry veterans, professionals and organizations were recognized for their noteworthy contributions to the industry. Personality of the Year award was bestowed upon Mr. Bilal Adhami, CEO, Fidelity United; Lifetime Achievement Award - Management was presented to Dr. Abdul Zahra Ali, Chief Executive Officer at National General Insurance Co PSC; Lifetime Achievement Award - Leadership was presented to H.E Fareed Lutfi, The Secretary General Emirates Insurance Association and Gulf Insurance Federation; and InsureTek - Excellence in Professional Services award was presented to Mr. Abdulla Al Nuaimi, CEO, Dubai National Insurance and Reinsurance.
