Following two successful editions, the Summit is expanding its international reach, bringing together insurers, reinsurers, brokers, MGAs, investors, service providers and other industry professionals for four days of networking, knowledge exchange and business development.
The 2026 edition welcomed 275 professionals representing 107 companies from 36 countries, supported by 31 sponsors and partners. More than 1,500 bilateral and trilateral meetings took place alongside 23 industry sessions, while 96.3% of participants said they planned to return in 2027.
Explaining what differentiates the Summit from traditional industry gatherings, Menekşe Uçaroğlu, Partner & CEO of IUC Events, said:
“We wanted to create something broader - an environment where the conference is only one part of the experience. [...] This creates a much more natural flow between business and networking. Our philosophy is simple: networking should not stop when the conference session ends.”
This approach will be taken a step further in 2027 at Ethno Belek, where the entire hotel will be exclusively reserved for the Summit, turning meeting rooms, lounges, restaurants and informal spaces into an integrated networking environment.
Building on the previous editions, ExploRe & ReConnext 2027 aims to offer broader international participation and more opportunities to establish new partnerships, exchange ideas and discuss developments shaping the global (re)insurance market.
