Insurance specialists have examined the fire-hit Riga Castle in Latvia and are now analyzing the information, reported regional news portal Apollo.lv.

BTA Insurance Co. S.E. said its experts are currently working on information processing, adding that it has received a claims request related to an insurance cover of 21.9 million Latvian lats ($40.6 million). There is another liability insurance policy for LVL 2.7 million but BTA said it does not currently have much information related to this policy.
