According to the study done by the independent research company EPSI Baltic in 2011, the satisfaction of Estonian (-4.7 points) and Lithuanian (-5.6 points) respondents with their insurance companies decreased this year.

Same time, the evaluations of Latvian inhabitants almost did not change this year in comparison to results of 2010. Thus, Lithuanian customers are the happiest with their insurance this year, followed by Latvian and Estonian consumers, reported BC EPSI Baltic press service.
