Since September 2023, insurance companies Euroins Ukraine and European Travel Insurance have ceased their participation in the National Association of Insurers of Ukraine (NASU). Both companies left NASU by decision of European shareholders, Forinsurer reports.

“In difficult times of war for the country, the priorities of insurers should be independence in the insurance market, compliance with all legal requirements and regulatory standards”, the companies noted.

Euroins Ukraine and European Travel Insurance, part of the Bulgarian Euroins Insurance Group (EIG), one of the largest independent insurance groups operating in Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe, had been members of NASU since the beginning of 2021.
