ARX, the leader of the Ukrainian non-life insurance market in 2020, summed up the results of the first quarter of 2021 - GWP amounted to UAH 689.7 million (~EUR 21.13 million*), which is 10% more than in the same period in 2020, Forinsurer said.

The company's paid claims reached about UAH 294 million, which is 11% more y-o-y. The number of contracts for the period increased by 8%.

The company has been maintaining its leadership in the MTPL segment for 12 consecutive years and ARX GWP for the first quarter of 2021 in this segment grew by 32% y-o-y to about UAH 406 million. The share of MTPL in the company's portfolio is 59%.

It is noted that in 1Q2021 the company received a gold quality award according to the TCF (Transparent Customer Feedback) feedback service (for the Motor Hull product). In the MTPL segment, the insurer's GWP exceeded UAH 51 million (+12%).
