The Armenian firm Prime Insurance Brokers LLC—the country's first insurance and reinsurance broker (founded in 1995)—has officially obtained accreditation from Lloyd's and has been registered as an accredited Lloyd's broker.

It is noted that this status grants the company direct access to the world's leading insurance and reinsurance marketplace—Lloyd's of London—which has been operating for over 300 years.

According to ArmInfo, Armenia has also appeared on the official Lloyd's website as a recognized market that now hosts its own accredited Lloyd's broker in the form of Prime Insurance Brokers LLC.

According to the source, in countries of economic size comparable to Armenia, presence of Lloyd's brokers is typically limited to local representative offices of major international Lloyd's brokerage firms.
