The Council of Ministers of Belarus has determined authorized insurance organizations to make the initial payment of Belarus' share in the charter capital of the Eurasian Reinsurance Company (ERC) in 2022-2023 in the amount of 25%, BelTA wrote.

Three insurance companies will have to transfer the mentioned amount: Beleximgarant (RUB 715 million/EUR 11.77 million), Belgosstrakh (RUB 205 million/EUR 3.37 million) and the Belarusian National Reinsurance Organization (RUB 205 million).

The decision to establish the Eurasian Reinsurance Company was made by the heads of government of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union at the meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council held on August 25-26.
