CROATIA: Croatia osiguranje’s net profit rises 6.8% in the first quarter

Croatia osiguranje, the leading non-life insurer in the country, ended the first quarter of 2026 with growth in revenue and profit and strong strides in business digitalization.

Consolidated insurance sales revenue, including regional branches, amounted to EUR 151.9 million, which is 10.3% more y-o-y, osiguranje.hr writes.

In the first three months of 2026, Croatia osiguranje achieved a consolidated net profit (before minority interests) of EUR 18.2 million, which represents a y-o-y growth of 6.8%.

The digital business segment continued to grow in the first quarter of 2026. The premium generated from the overall digital business grew by 32%.

The first three months of the year were marked by strong strides in digitalization of the health, claims and customer support segments, the source said.
