David BARANYAI, currently CSO NN Hungary, has been appointed CEO NN Insurance Hungary on an ad interim basis, subject to regulatory approval. The appointment is effective as of 17 February 2020.

BARANYAI's appointment follows Michal Hucal's decision of giving up the role for personal reasons, according to the company's Friday afternoon announcement. Hucal would have replaced Imre Sztano, who has been managing NN Insurance since 2016. Imre Sztano will continue his career within the NN Group, serving as Chief Digital Officer of the Group as of 1 February.
