GREECE: EUROPE Insurance sees record performance in 2025 with a 30% increase in profits

Europe Insurance ended 2025 with pre-tax profits of EUR 8.04 million, an increase of 30% y-o-y, according to data from the Bank of Greece. The positive full-year results came from the high profitable technical result and significant returns of its investment portfolio, insuranceforum.gr writes.

As stated in the press release, the company’s total GWP in 2025 amounted to EUR 27.4 million, recording an increase of 25.6% y-o-y. At that 93.73% of the portfolio came from the Property and Other lines, while MTPL accounted for 6.27%.

It is worth noting that the company’s premium production in the property segment in 2025 recorded an increase of 22.6% reaching EUR 11.43 million, which puts EUROPE Insurance among the 10 largest Greek, multinational and banking insurance groups operating in the country.

It is noted that the company's goal is to increase its profitability while simultaneously increasing its production, which will come from both organic growth and new strategic partnerships.
