ERGO Hestia is among the best employers in Poland for the third year in a row. The insurer received the prestigious Top Employer Polska 2024 award, the company said in its statement.

There are nearly 2,300 companies around the world that will receive this award in 2024 and 79 of them come from Poland.

“Receiving the Top Employer award is another confirmation that the direction we have chosen is the right one”, says Malgorzata Sztabinska, Director of the HR Department of the ERGO Hestia Group. “In 2023, we further expanded our offer for employees. They could take part in various development programs, including the most attractive ones on the labor market, i.e. analytical advanced training programs. (…) We also started 2024 with very ambitious plans”, the Director of the HR Department added.
