PZU SA and LINK4 sign a merger plan as another step towards integration

The PZU Group is moving closer to implementing a multi-brand insurance model – the Management Boards of PZU SA and LINK4 have signed a merger plan, commencing the next stage of building an organization even better tailored to the needs of customers and partners, PZU said on its website.

On May 29, 2026, the Management Boards of Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna and LINK4 Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna signed a merger plan. This is a part of the PZU Group's strategy for 2025–2027, which focuses on simplifying the operating model, increasing efficiency, and developing a fully functional multi-brand model.

The merger aims to increase operational efficiency and better leverage the scale, experience, and complementary competencies of both companies. For clients and partners, this means access to a broader portfolio of products offered under well-known brands. For employees, it offers new opportunities for development, collaboration, and exchange of experiences within a single organization.
