The Supervisory Board of PZU SA has reappointed Bogdan Benczak as President of the Management Board, following a qualification procedure completed on 14 April 2026.
At the same time, Maciej Fedyna, Elżbieta Häuser-Schöneich, Kazimierz Karolczak, Rafał Kiliński, Tomasz Tarkowski and Jan Zimowicz were appointed as members of the Management Board for a new term.
Benczak described his reappointment as a vote of confidence, highlighting priorities for the next mandate including completing the current strategy, developing a new strategic framework, improving operational efficiency and maintaining stable financial results.
Within the new Board, members will oversee key areas such as finance and risk, retail and corporate business, HR, claims and distribution.
The Supervisory Board did not appoint a member responsible for investments, leaving the position open following the selection process.
The new mandate, resulting from an open procedure launched in March 2026, took effect on 14 April and will cover three full financial years, from 2027 to 2029.
