According to the Serbian insurer Dunav Osiguranje, its consolidated net profit rose to RSD 3.5 billion (EUR 30 million) in 2024 from RSD 2.5 billion in the prior year, SeeNews writes.

In 2024, Dunav Osiguranje's consolidated income from insurance premiums increased to RSD 38.3 billion from RSD 32.5 billion in 2023, while its income from reinsurance premiums rose to RSD 4.7 billion from RSD 4.4 billion, the insurer said.

Total consolidated operating revenue rose to RSD 49.2 billion last year from RSD 39.4 billion in 2023, with operating costs also increasing, to RSD 35.2 billion from RSD 27.9 billion.

At the end of the first quarter of the year, Dunav Osiguranje was the largest insurer by premium income in Serbia, and the second largest in terms of total assets, behind Generali, data from the central bank showed.
