ARX, which is among top-5 insurers in Ukraine and operates in risk insurance, collected more than UAH 3.1 billion (~EUR 67.64 million) in premiums in the first 9 months of 2024, which is 14% more y-o-y. The company's paid claims amounted to almost UAH 1.3 billion/~EUR 28.36 million (+28% in UAH), Forinsurer writes.

ARX ranks first on the motor hull market and collected over UAH 1.7 billion in this segment. The company’s key indicators by types of insurance compared to the same period in 2023 are:

Moto Hull - UAH 1.74 billion (+24%)

Property insurance - UAH 360.8 million (+10%)

Motor liability insurance - UAH 256.1 million (+23%).

It is noted that ARX and ARX life are the largest taxpayers on the Ukrainian insurance market - for 9 months of 2024, the companies paid UAH 358 million in taxes.

Total ARX GWP, including life and non-life insurance, for 9M2024 reached UAH 3.40 billion (+14%). In the life insurance segment, ARX collected UAH 251.2 million (+7%), the source says.
