The TAS Insurance Group, one of the market leaders, collected UAH 3,455.55 million (~EUR 70.97 million) in premiums in the first six months of the year, which is 67.9% more y-o-y, Forinsurer writes.

In the Motor Hull segment, the company collected UAH 481.83 million, which is 13.94% of its total GWP in 1H2025 and is 20.2% more than in the same period in 2024. In the MTPL segment, the company's premiums increased by 2.9 times y-o-y - to UAH 1,862.03 million, which is 53.89% of the total. At the same time, the share of Green Card in the company's portfolio in the reporting period amounted to 18.75% or UAH 647.97 million.

TAS Group's paid claims in 1H2025 reached UAH 1,289.61 million (~EUR 26.48 million), which is 35.7% more y-o-y. At the same time, almost a quarter of the insurer's payments (24.87%) were for Motor Hull - UAH 320.68 million, which is 23% more than for January - June last year. In turn, MTPL payments increased by 36.8% to UAH 429.3 million, which is 33.29% of the total claims paid by the company in the reporting period. The share of Green Card in the TAS Group's payment portfolio for the first six months of the year was 24.91%: the company paid UAH 321.22 million under these policies, which is 53.2% more y-o-y.

It is noted that the TAS Group maintains leadership in the key market segments, such as MTPL and Green Card.
