At the beginning of September 2021, 153 non-life insurers (previously 160) and 17 life insurers were working in the Ukrainian insurance market, Forinsurer reported.

During August, the National Bank excluded 7 insurers from the registers (one insurance company left the market voluntarily, six - forcibly).

In August, the National Bank canceled all licenses of one insurance company, and temporarily suspended licenses of 6 insurance companies for violations committed by them.
