In 2024, GROSS insurance company settled a quarter of all insurance cases in Uzbekistan, according to the report of the National Agency for Prospective Projects (NAPP) “Indicators of the insurance market of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2024”.

According to the NAPP report, GROSS ranked first among insurance companies in Uzbekistan in terms of the number of settled claims, gazeta.uz writes.

It is noted that in 2024, the company settled almost all customer claims - 98.7% of applicants received payments, which is one of the highest rates on the market (on average, 92.3% of applicants received insurance payments in the country). The number of insurance cases settled by GROSS reached 33,230 - this is a quarter of all paid claims in Uzbekistan for the year.

The company is among the top 3 in terms of accepted obligations and insurance premiums in Uzbekistan, and GROSS’s market share amounted to 7.9%, the source added.
