Willis, a WTW business, announced that Andy Chang has joined its global Direct & Facultative business as Growth Leader, based in Miami.

Chang will work across Willis’ global network to support the continued development and growth of its Direct and Facultative business, collaborating closely with regional leaders and teams across North America, Europe, London, Asia Pacific and other international markets.

He brings extensive experience across the global insurance and reinsurance markets, spanning retail, wholesale and reinsurance, complex international placement strategies and the development of cross-border solutions. Most recently, Chang served as Head of Alternative Distribution at Aon.

In his new role, Chang will lead business development and provide strategic guidance to clients and prospects throughout Willis and across the globe. He will help clients shape informed go-to-market strategies and achieve an effective balance between risk transfer, risk retention and risk mitigation, while strengthening relationships with insurance markets and supporting innovation across the business.
