A new mandate for Dinu GHERASIM as President of the Board of Directors and General Manager at DONARIS VIG, the local subsidiary of the Vienna Insurance Group, was approved by the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) of Republic of Moldova, on June 6.

The new mandate comes into force on July 1 and is valid for three years.

Dinu GHERASIM has vast experience in the insurance market, serving as General Manager of DONARIS VIG since 2010.

At the same CNPF meeting, the appointment of Andrei PLAMADEALA as a member of the Board of Directors and financial director was also approved. The term of office is still three years, starting from July 1, this year.
